Pupils  »  Extra Curricular Activities

Opportunities for sport coaching occur regularly, for example: football, basketball, cricket and dance.

We are one of four schools, the others being Fagley Primary, St Claire’s Primary and Wellington Primary, that have collectively have received a grant from Bradford Music Service to enable children to learn to play an instrument for free for the academic year 2016-17. Children can have a lesson in their own school or visit another school to enable them to learn their choice of instrument.

Mrs R Cheeseman trains our excellent school choir. At present the choir meets in school on a Monday lunchtime and is often invited to perform at community events.

Extra curricular activities:
Activities vary from year to year depending on the expertise and availability of staff, parents and other volunteers to run them. Currently we are running  Homework Clubs on Tuesdays and Wednesdays,Football Club on a Thursday and Fridays Football Club.

Lets Get Cooking:
Mrs Renaud and Mrs Whitaker run our  'Let's Get Cooking' club for small groups of children; this takes place in school every fortnight on Wednesdays.
